Alberta Firearms is an Alberta Hardware subsidiary located at 252-12th Street in Fort Macleod, Alberta, Canada.

Founded in the 1950s, Alberta Hardware and Variety has always been a family owned and operated business. Today, Alberta Hardware is still operating as the quintessential small town hardware store with everything.

The Vandervalk Family, Brian, Stephen, and Daniel purchased Alberta Hardware and Variety in April 2018 after it had been closed for 8 months due to the pervious owners retirement. While it was closed, local residents needed to drive 45 minutes for their hardware supplies.

They opened the store, April 2018, as Alberta Hardware and have maintained the same inventory as the previous owners.

Firearms, Ammunition, Optics, Accessories, and Gun Safes were added to the inventory in June 2020, and Alberta Firearms was born.

We now carry all major brands, have become a Henry Gold Dealer, and carry specialty brands like Christensen Arms, Fierce, Big Horn Armory, and Rizzini.
